Counseling is a collaborative process that supports individuals in overcoming challenges, healing emotional wounds from childhood, improving mental health and emotional well-being, and fostering self-improvement and personal growth. Through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change in their lives.

My therapy program integrates a holistic, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach, blending Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic, polyvagal, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, panic, grief, depression, trauma, family dynamics, attachment and relationship challenges, ADHD, Autism, life transitions, and several mental health disorders. My goal is to help clients strengthen their conscious self, improve emotional resilience, foster emotional intelligence, support development of critical thinking skills, and cultivate deeper self-awareness, autonomy, empowerment, meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.
