What types of counseling services do you offer?
I provide individual therapy for adults, specializing in neurodivergence, trauma, attachment, substance use, addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, and life transitions. I use a single therapy program and universal treatment plan for all my clients. The program is dynamic and allows for individualized interventions based on the client’s unique problems, needs, strengths, and circumstances.
How do I schedule my first appointment?
You can book your first session by scheduling a consultation in Therapy Portal, or by email. A link to my portal is located on the contact page.
Do you accept insurance for your services?
Yes, I work with a variety of insurance providers. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage, deductibles, and copays.

What types of payment do you accept?
My client account portal includes a secure and confidential payment gateway and merchant account through Card Pointe, a HIPAA and PCI compliant software. You can opt in to set up automatic payments for charges, fees, deductibles, and copays. I accept all major credit cards, cash, and Venmo.
