Mindfulness Masterclass

Participants in this self-guided course receive a PDF of the client manual. They gain access to the clinician’s lectures, instructional lessons, and guided meditations. They gain access to the activities and pathways in Quenza, and the electronic forms in Therapy Portal. They receive the PDF handouts and worksheets. Participant’s will be encouraged to purchase a 3 ring binder to hold the printed documents. They will also be encouraged to purchase some type of notebook or journal.

Only after they have placed a purchase and paid the fee, participants are required to register their information in the client portal here:

Therapy Portal

The masterclass includes a face to face session to get participants started with the course. This course includes (cited works) content and materials from individual authors, clinicians, content creators, researchers, and teachers. Participants will need to be comfortable with technology, to use Quenza, Therapy Portal, and YouTube. The content will be released weekly for a period of 52 weeks.
